First Aid for Families is designed to help parents, grandparents, guardians, and carers feel calm and prepared in any situation. These friendly, welcoming sessions focus on real-life situations you may face at home or out and about, with clear demonstrations and practical guidance you can use immediately.

Delivered in small groups in your home or in a venue, this course is all about building confidence, reducing fear, and helping families feel ready to respond calmly in an emergency.

Format:
- Family First Aid home classes that take place in your own home. This is a bespoke session, the length and content will be altered to fit your groups needs
- 3 hour face-to-face course in a local venue
